Delivery and payment
We deliver goods throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories.
For delivery of goods across Ukraine, we use the services of the transport company "Nova Poshta" - we deliver to the carrier's office or address delivery by courier to the door.
The vast majority of orders are shipped on the day of order placement by 16:00. Orders confirmed after 16:00 or on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day. The delivery time for most orders is 1 business day, in some cases this period may be 2-3 days.
Payment methods
- Payment for the order is made exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia.
- Payment on the website via the wayforpay payment service
- Payment via a self-service terminal or in cash
- Payment by cash or card upon receipt of the order: in case of delivery by courier to the address cash on delivery upon receipt of the order at the Nova Poshta branch

IMPORTANT
- We provide all payment and accounting documents required by applicable law.
- Attention! When receiving the order, be sure to check the order package, the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of each product in the presence of a courier service employee or an employee of the order pick-up point.
