Created from fermented May honey, using slow fermentation technology, using three types of distillation:
1st stage — continuous mash column (CMC). The first distillation takes place in a continuous mash column (CMC), which ensures high purity at the initial stage. This is the basis of high-quality alcohol without unnecessary impurities.
2nd stage - cap column distillation
An eight-story cap column allows for fractional distillation with precise selection of the main and tail fractions, which ensures the softness and purity of top-grade alcohol.
3rd stage - copper still (alambique distillation)
The final distillation in a traditional still gives the drink depth, roundness and fullness of taste, which turns it into a true work of craft art
